IMPROVEMENT OF THE MY ACCOUNT SERVICE

We have improved the MY ACCOUNT service to further enhance the protection of our members’ personal data. This update applies to all our members—both those already using the MY ACCOUNT service and those who wish to activate it in the future.

During your next login to the MY ACCOUNT portal using the access credentials you received when activating the service, you will be prompted to create a new password. The new password must meet the predefined criteria: at least 8 characters, including an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter, a number, and a symbol. Your username will remain unchanged. Please remember your newly created password and do not share it with anyone.

If you forget your password, select the “”Forgot password”” option and follow the instructions provided.
