How to

log in

When you receive login instructions…

  • During your first subsequent login to the MY ACCOUNT portal, you will see a notification requiring you to enter the “old PIN” (which you received from us) and to create your own new password.

  • You create the new password according to preset parameters.

  • The parameters are as follows: the password must contain at least 8 characters,
    an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter, a number, and a symbol.

  • Your username is your unique master citizen number (JMBG) and it does not change.
    Make sure to remember the new password you created and do not share it with third parties.

Once logged into the MY ACCOUNT, platform, click on Lični podaci (Personal data) in the main menu. Then you will see the data you can change.

What information can I update?

  • We recommend filling in your contact email address and phone number for easier and quicker communication.

  • The correspondence address refers to the address where you wish to receive annual statements. It does not have to match the one listed on your ID card.

  • Reporting refers to how you want us to send your annual statements

  • Currently, we send annual statements either via email or to your home address (permanent address or correspondence address).

How to receive

annual statements

by email?

Important information…

  • Annual statements regarding your individual account status in the fund are sent to only one email address

  • One delivery method excludes the other, which means you can receive your annual statements either by email or to your home address (permanent or correspondence address)
