How to
log in
When you receive login instructions…
During your first subsequent login to the MY ACCOUNT portal, you will see a notification requiring you to enter the “old PIN” (which you received from us) and to create your own new password.
You create the new password according to preset parameters.
The parameters are as follows: the password must contain at least 8 characters,
an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter, a number, and a symbol.Your username is your unique master citizen number (JMBG) and it does not change.
Make sure to remember the new password you created and do not share it with third parties.
What if I forget my password?
If you forget your password, select the “forgot password” option and follow the instructions.

What else is important to know?
If you have multiple accounts, in the “Info” section, under the “Account Number” item, there is a down arrow “˅” where you can choose which account you want to view.
Additionally, on the MY ACCOUNT platform, you can update your personal information and sign up to receive your annual statements via email. Read more below.

Once logged into the MY ACCOUNT, platform, click on Lični podaci (Personal data) in the main menu. Then you will see the data you can change.

How to update
my personal information?
What information can I update?
We recommend filling in your contact email address and phone number for easier and quicker communication.
The correspondence address refers to the address where you wish to receive annual statements. It does not have to match the one listed on your ID card.
Reporting refers to how you want us to send your annual statements
Currently, we send annual statements either via email or to your home address (permanent address or correspondence address).
What if I forget my password?
To change this data in the system, you need to provide a valid scanned ID card or passport with up-to-date information.
You can visit us at our office in Belgrade, Maršala Birjuzova 3–5, on working days from 8 AM to 4 PM.
You can also visit the nearest DDOR insurance branch office with your personal document. Our DDOR colleagues will forward your data to us for updating.

How to receive
annual statements
by email?
Important information…
Annual statements regarding your individual account status in the fund are sent to only one email address
One delivery method excludes the other, which means you can receive your annual statements either by email or to your home address (permanent or correspondence address)
How to subscribe to receive annual statements via email without logging into the MY ACCOUNT platform?
You need to fill out and sign the Supplement to documentation form, giving us the necessary consent to send annual statements by email.

What else is important to know?
If you did not receive your annual statement by post or email (depending on the option you selected), please contact us so we can update your data in the system and resend your statement
